Four wheels, three people, two years of preparation, one idea
– CarTon meets HoneyComb! –
We made our bus our home. We have tinkered, glued, improvised and now, with the help of cardboard furniture, we have built a cozy and practical travel vehicle. The whole thing as a project “HoneyComb” has the goal to travel once as a small family through Europe, to get to know countries, people, cultures and great places.
We have thought about where to go, set some destinations. But as so often in life, it comes differently, you can not plan anything firmly. So also now and these days. We take Covid-19 and the current pandemic very seriously and yet we want to show that we can all live with the required and important restrictions. That we can enjoy every day and our Strong Society – Europe. We are considerate of all people, cultures we meet and respect all rules and local regulations. We follow rules and we will see how far we will get, how well we will do and if our dream of traveling Europe with our own bus and family is possible.
Everything starts with the removal of our bus, Nito, and the project CarTon – The removal with cardboard and cardboard. After that, we dissolve our apartment, part with many things, store and then we jet off!
We start in March and go to the south of Italy, to bridge the last cold days of winter well.
Here we will report what we experience, what stones will be in our way and how we overcome the challenges. We will share the joy(s) we find and the experience that makes this trip stand out! We will take you digitally on a flight of bees, wrapped in cardboard and show you what Europe has to offer!
